Parafin is hiring a Compliance Manager to lead compliance activities and serve as a subject-matter expert on information security, data sharing, vendor oversight, and related risks. The role advises business teams, develops policies and guidance, leads remediation, coordinates with procurement and partnerships, and partners with product, finance, marketing, operations, and data teams. Candidates need at least three years of experience in regulatory compliance, business banking, or commercial card, along with familiarity with vendor management, SOC 1 and SOC 2, risk management, and GRC processes. The position offers a salary of $155,000 to $170,000, equity, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and work-from-home flexibility.
