WeLab is hiring a full-time Compliance Manager to prepare and implement its annual compliance plan, assess regulatory risks, maintain governance and quality-assurance processes, oversee regulatory reporting, manage relationships with regulatory authorities, and promote a compliance culture. The role requires a degree in law, business administration, or an equivalent discipline, at least eight years of legal or compliance experience, strong knowledge of banking and financial-services regulations, and fluency in English and Chinese.
