Affirm is hiring a Regulatory Compliance Manager, Australia to own and execute the Australian regulatory compliance program for consumer credit and related financial services. The role oversees ASIC examinations, regulatory reporting, obligations and risk registers, remediation, compliance monitoring, regulatory change, and governance, while partnering with product, legal, credit, marketing, servicing, privacy, analytics, and engineering teams. Candidates need at least eight years of regulatory compliance experience in an Australian financial services, consumer credit, payments, or fintech environment, along with a bachelor’s degree. The position is remote-first with flexibility, offers AUD base pay of $135,000–$205,000 per year, and includes health, dental, and vision benefits.
