Affirm is hiring a Compliance Manager to own end-to-end compliance advisory for its Affirm Card program. The role covers card marketing, checkout, onboarding, wallets, disputes, servicing, regulatory risk assessments, remediation, audits, and compliance training, partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Risk, and Compliance Testing. Candidates need at least 8 years of financial-services compliance advisory experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong knowledge of EFTA, TILA/CARD Act, UDAAP, and card-network rules. The position is remote-first, with base pay of $165,000–$225,000 per year in California, Washington, New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, and $146,000–$206,000 per year in other U.S. states; visa sponsorship is not available.
