Description
The Compliance Manager will develop and implement a compliance management system, conduct and support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections, assess compliance risks, optimize regulatory processes, ensure adherence to GxP, AMG, and EU-GMP requirements, train employees, and coordinate with Quality Management, Legal, and executive management. The role requires a relevant degree, several years of compliance or quality experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences, regulatory knowledge, audit experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluent German and English.
