Swissquote is hiring an Associate-Director in the Compliance department to lead one of its Monitoring teams and report to the Head AML Transaction Monitoring Vice-Director. The role oversees compliance and AML reviews of cryptocurrency, cash, securities, and financial-institution transfers; sanctions alerts; suspicious-client investigations; internal procedures; regulatory projects; and team performance, recruitment, and development. Candidates need a university degree in Law, Economics, or a related field, 5–7 years of compliance experience in the financial industry, leadership and team-management skills, and fluency in English and French.
