Description
Apollo is hiring a Compliance Manager to support its Platform Partner Syndicates business by advising syndicate leadership and stakeholders on Lloyd’s, FCA, PRA and Apollo requirements; overseeing compliance monitoring, delegated authority, conduct risk, financial crime, complaints, conflicts management, data protection and regulatory reporting; supporting the onboarding and launch of new syndicates; and helping resolve compliance issues and develop the compliance framework. The role requires experience in compliance, risk, governance or regulatory work in a Lloyd’s, London Market or regulated insurance environment, along with knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and strong stakeholder-management and oversight skills.
