Rula is hiring a remote Compliance Manager to support and strengthen its healthcare compliance program. Reporting to the Director of Compliance, the role provides advisory support to business stakeholders, conducts compliance investigations, assists with auditing and monitoring, and advances policy governance and development. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least five years of healthcare compliance experience, and at least three years conducting or supporting compliance reviews and investigations. The role is full-time and 100% remote for employees based in the United States, excluding Hawaii, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, and wellness benefits.
