Waystone is hiring a full-time Compliance Manager/Supervisor to provide day-to-day AML/CFT and regulatory compliance support across operations, risk, legal, and other functions. The role covers policy and procedure development, compliance monitoring, regulatory filings, investigations, reporting, training, stakeholder representation, and support for junior team members. Candidates need at least five years of experience in funds, fund administration, or regulated financial services compliance, along with relevant AML or financial crime qualifications and a university degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
