Description
EliseAI is hiring a Compliance Officer to build and operate AML/BSA, KYC/KYB, fraud detection, loss prevention, and sanctions compliance programs. The role manages relationships with banking and fintech partners, leads KYC and transaction-monitoring operations, supports audits and regulatory examinations, translates regulatory requirements into workflows and controls, and contributes to responsible product launches. Candidates need at least five years of AML/BSA compliance experience, including experience building a program from zero to one and managing financial institution relationships. The position requires working in person at the company office four to five days per week and offers a salary range of $140,000 to $190,000 plus equity and benefits.
