Crypto.com is hiring a senior Compliance Officer to lead MiCA and EMI compliance across relevant entities, products, and jurisdictions in Europe. The role advises the Board and Executive Committee, manages regulatory reporting and inspections, oversees compliance monitoring and DORA implementation, supports licensing applications, and leads a high-performing compliance team. Candidates need at least 12 years of regulatory compliance experience in fintech, payments, VASP/CASP, digital assets, or comparable regulated financial services, along with knowledge of MiCA, EMI, DORA, and MFSA requirements.
