Phoenix Data Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer with experience in Information Systems Security Engineering to join their team. The role involves supporting security engineering efforts, focusing on FedRAMP and FISMA ATO processes and audits. The officer will serve as a technical lead for system security engineering, developing and maintaining SSPs, POA&Ms, and Continuous Monitoring Plans. Key responsibilities also include conducting security control implementations, leading risk assessments, participating in validation testing, ensuring policy compliance, and engaging in continuous monitoring activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
