Description
The Compliance Officer will assess business partners, identify compliance risks, develop solutions, conduct employee training, create and review procedural instructions for Germany, advise employees on compliance matters, support IT audit and inspection tools, and implement anti-corruption measures. The role requires a degree in law, business law, sociology, business administration, or a comparable qualification; fluent German and English; independent, self-responsible, and communicative working style; and occasional business travel.
