Taptap Send is hiring a Compliance Officer (Oficial de Cumplimiento) to lead compliance operations for its Chilean money-transfer platform. The role is based in Santiago and requires the candidate to serve as the designated UAF compliance officer, manage regulatory reporting and inspections, develop AML/CFT policies, monitor transactions, oversee customer due diligence, and coordinate with group compliance and internal audit. The position requires at least five years of compliance experience in a fintech, remittance, or UAF-regulated entity, along with knowledge of Chilean AML/CFT regulations, regulatory relationships, compliance technology, and stakeholder management.
