Banana Moon is hiring a Compliance Officer to oversee regulatory, safeguarding, and quality compliance across franchise nurseries in a designated UK region. The role is field-based with regular travel to nursery locations across the UK, includes quarterly self-audits, compliance and safeguarding visits, inspection-readiness support, reporting trends to the Head of Compliance, and liaison with franchisees, nursery managers, and the Training & Development team. The position offers a salary of £40k-£42k, a car allowance, 38 days annual leave including bank holidays and wellbeing days, pension, and childcare fee discount, with flexible hybrid working from home and occasional visits to the Warwick-based support office.
