Taptap Send is hiring a Compliance Officer (Oficial de Cumplimiento) to lead compliance operations for its Chilean money-transfer platform. Based in Santiago, the role serves as the designated UAF compliance officer, manages regulatory reporting and inspections, develops AML/CFT policies and procedures, monitors suspicious transactions, oversees customer due diligence, and collaborates with group compliance and internal audit. Candidates need at least five years of compliance experience in a fintech, remittance, or UAF-regulated entity, along with knowledge of Chilean AML/CFT regulations, regulatory relationships, compliance technology, and stakeholder management.
