Pliant is hiring a Compliance Operations Analyst to own end-to-end onboarding and risk assessments for corporate clients across European markets, including KYB, KYC, AML, beneficial-ownership verification, and customer acceptance decisions. The role also reviews colleague work, maintains audit-ready documentation, improves compliance processes and systems, and collaborates with Credit Risk, Product, Legal, and Compliance teams.
