NBCUniversal is hiring a full-time Compliance Operations Manager for its Compliance Operations team within Data & Legal Solutions. The role supports enterprise compliance initiatives, translates regulatory and policy requirements into operational controls, develops governance frameworks and documentation, manages metrics and reporting, supports audits and assessments, coordinates with business, legal, technology, and third-party stakeholders, and drives compliance process improvement. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant experience, strong data analysis and reporting skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools. It is a hybrid role requiring at least four days per week in the office and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a salary range of $140,000 to $170,000 with bonus eligibility.
