CentralReach is hiring a Compliance Program Manager to own and advance its compliance program in partnership with the Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Information Security Officer, Information Security, Infrastructure, IT, and Legal teams. The role manages internal and external audits, translates frameworks such as NIST 800-53, SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 into operational plans, develops executive KPIs and dashboards, supports compliance monitoring and incident response, automates access and onboarding/offboarding reviews, evaluates GRC tools, oversees vendor management, and manages policy and compliance initiatives. The position offers a $100,000–$120,000 USD annual base salary and is based in a hybrid work environment associated with CentralReach offices in Fort Lauderdale, Florida; Holmdel, New Jersey; and Verona, Italy.
