DAT is hiring a Compliance Representative for its Network Governance Team in Bangalore, India. The role handles inbound compliance calls and emails, reviews service requests, verifies customer eligibility, broker and carrier authority, credit reviews, and account records; resolves customer disputes; maintains customer records; and supports sales and other product support teams. The position requires 2–3 years of experience in a phone queue or professional office environment, strong customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
