CGIAR is hiring a Compliance Senior Manager in Nairobi to provide senior technical leadership for the Integrated Partnership Ethics and Business Conduct (EBC) Executive. The role leads governance structures, EBC policy and procedural development, reporting standards, dashboards, training, strategic projects, and continuous improvement across the Integrated Partnership. It does not handle case management, investigations, disciplinary decisions, or employer-of-record responsibilities. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, progressive experience in ethics, compliance, governance, policy development, risk management, or oversight, and demonstrated experience preparing governance reports and presenting recommendations to senior bodies.
