Description
The Compliance Specialist ensures regulatory and compliance requirements are met for Chinatown Community Development Center’s affordable housing properties. The role performs on-site file reviews and audits, monitors income, rent, utility, and other program requirements, coordinates with property management and regulatory agencies, prepares compliance reports, supports lease-ups and site inspections, and provides training. The position is full-time, non-exempt, regular, based in the Chinatown neighborhood of San Francisco, and pays $36.31–$38.22 per hour with comprehensive benefits.
