SRS Acquiom is hiring a Compliance Specialist for its Contract Administration team to review and analyze post-closing contractual obligations, extract relevant information from transaction agreements, coordinate with internal teams, prepare release materials, and ensure timely and accurate distribution of transaction consideration and funds. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 2–5 years of financial-services experience, contract-analysis ability, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong analytical and communication skills. It is available as a hybrid role from the Denver office or a fully remote role within the Continental United States, with compensation of $75,000–$85,000 and no visa sponsorship.
