San José Clean Energy is hiring one full-time Compliance Specialist, also titled Power Resources Specialist I/II, to support the Regulatory Compliance & Policy Division. The role oversees energy-related procurement, programs, load forecasting, compliance reporting, regulatory filings, data requests, regulatory meetings, deadlines, and project-based compliance work. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and either no prior experience for Specialist I or one year of energy resources experience for Specialist II. The position is hybrid, with part of the work week onsite in the downtown San José office, and offers a salary of $108,151.68–$143,423.28 depending on the specialist level.
