Norgine Pharma is hiring a Compliance Technician at its pharmaceutical production site in Dreux, France, on a permanent contract. The role reviews manufacturing and packaging batch records for GxP compliance, handles Pharmasuite MES exceptions, manages packaging-material consumption and ERP summaries, verifies production documentation and periodic actions, conducts production compliance walkthroughs, supports document control, monitors quality indicators, proposes process improvements, trains production staff, and supports HSE compliance and incident investigations. A Bac+2/3 qualification, pharmaceutical industry experience, stakeholder collaboration, organization, procedural rigor, Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency, and strong writing and documentation skills are required.
