Description
The Compliance Training and Communications Manager will lead the Training and Communications area of the Compliance Program, including designing e-learning and other training content, developing compliance communications, maintaining the Code of Conduct, and supporting compliance KPIs, risk assessments, reporting tools, and controls. The role requires a university degree in law, business, or social sciences or a comparable qualification, training-development experience, strong analytical and technical skills, MS Office expertise, and excellent German and English skills.
