Lockheed Martin is hiring a Component Engineer for its Missiles & Fire Control team in Andover, supporting the Chelmsford, Massachusetts plant site. The role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of electrical, electronic, electromechanical, and electro-optical components, including selection, qualification, testing, documentation, supplier evaluation, obsolescence analysis, and failure-resolution activities. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a closely related STEM field, at least two years of component engineering or related experience, strong technical writing and communication skills, and a U.S. citizenship with interim or active secret DoD security clearance. The position offers a full-time salary range of $79,300 to $147,300 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
