Description
Lockheed Martin Space is hiring a Level 4 Parts Engineer to support the selection, application, qualification, control, and lifecycle management of electrical, electronic, electromechanical, mechanical, materials, and process parts for commercial spaceflight hardware. The role works with design, systems, reliability, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and suppliers; evaluates parts and alternatives; maintains parts documentation; supports failure investigations and engineering changes; and mentors less-experienced engineers. The position requires demonstrated parts or component engineering experience, knowledge of EEE and materials, and the ability to balance technical risk with program cost and schedule objectives. The full-time salary range is $131,100 to $243,500, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
