Description
The Component Operator will report to the Production Supervisor and operate a mechanical press to process raw materials into capacitor sub-components. The role includes loading and aligning materials, adjusting machine parameters, performing in-process quality checks, maintaining equipment and work areas, documenting production data, and coordinating with production, quality, engineering, and other teams. The position is full-time Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and requires a high school diploma, English proficiency, U.S. work eligibility, and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment with physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds and prolonged standing.
