Description
Hermeus is hiring a Components Manufacturing Engineer to establish, develop, and scale advanced manufacturing processes for critical aerospace and defense hardware, including valves, fluid components, actuators, manifolds, and electro-mechanical assemblies. The role owns process development, design for manufacturability, first-article builds, tooling, production planning, quality documentation, process control, and continuous improvement, while collaborating with design, quality, supply chain, and test teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or materials science field and at least three years of hands-on precision component manufacturing experience.
