HILITECH is hiring a composite-components production worker in Kindberg to manufacture high-quality fiber-composite parts, process materials according to work instructions and technical drawings, laminate components and tools, demold finished parts, and perform manual machining and assembly. The role requires completed vocational training in a skilled trade, careful and responsible work, flexibility, teamwork, and good German skills; 1–2 years of similar experience is advantageous. The position offers a stated full-time salary of EUR 2,420.06 per 40-hour week, meal support, employee parking, training, and flexible working options.
