Description
Hera Technologies is hiring a full-time Composite Structure Technician to work onsite in a manufacturing environment, reading blueprints and shop travelers, cutting and trimming composite parts, performing structural bonding and fastening, inspecting work, maintaining documentation and work areas, and supporting cross-functional operations. The role requires at least three years of composite experience, structural bonding and fastening experience, hand lay-up experience with various prepreg materials, laser projection experience, and the ability to work in controlled ventilated environments. The position pays $25-$30 per hour, follows a 9/80 schedule with overtime as needed, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and bonus benefits.
