Airbus is hiring a Composite Structures Stress/Strength Development Engineer – Design Task Responsible in Hamburg to support the complete structural analysis of aircraft fuselages from concept through certification and serial production. The role reviews and approves calculation documentation, validates technical evidence for aircraft and modifications, leads technical solutions and stakeholder coordination, conducts trade studies, and drives process automation and digital transformation. Candidates need a degree in a relevant engineering field, professional experience with composite structural analysis and sizing, expertise in CFRP materials and processes, global and detailed finite element methods, airworthiness and certification knowledge, and strong English skills.
