Description
The Aircraft Composite Technician III performs composite part manufacturing and repair functions in a production environment, including lay-up, cutting, bagging, autoclaving, trimming, and repair. The role reads work orders and technical drawings, checks work for defects, maintains records, follows aviation regulations and manufacturer procedures, and records maintenance or alteration activities. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of aircraft-related composite repair experience on airframe types currently worked at Commercial Jet Services, and must be proficient in oral and written English; an FAA Airframe License is preferred.
