L3Harris is hiring a Composite Technician A in Huntsville, Alabama, for a second-shift schedule of 10-hour days, four days per week. The role produces and assembles composite parts and final assemblies through fabrication, compression molding, lay-up, filament winding, curing, bonding, testing, and troubleshooting. The technician operates specialized equipment, supports maintenance and calibration, performs OJT training, and must be able to obtain a U.S. security clearance. A high school diploma or equivalent and 0–3 years of related experience are required.
