Description
Archer is hiring a Composite Manufacturing Lead to direct and mentor fabrication teams, manage composite-part assignments, and oversee the build, inspection, repair, and documentation of aerospace composite structures. The role requires leading project activities, interpreting engineering drawings, performing layup and cure processes, maintaining quality and certification records, and collaborating with manufacturing and design teams. Candidates need at least five years of leadership experience in a prototyping environment and ten years of aerospace or automotive engineering-technician experience, along with knowledge of aircraft safety, FAA guidelines, and composite processes. The position targets a base pay range of $35–$50 per hour and may be eligible for visa sponsorship.
