General Matter is hiring a Composite Technician to set up, operate, and monitor automated composite manufacturing equipment while cutting, measuring, preparing, and handling carbon fiber materials. The role includes winding, resin handling, curing, in-process inspection, preventive maintenance, production documentation, and safety compliance. Candidates need at least two years of composite manufacturing experience, knowledge of carbon fiber and resin systems, and familiarity with precision measurement and engineering documentation.
