Poseidon Aerospace is hiring a Composite Technician to fabricate and assemble advanced composite components for aerospace prototype and development programs. The role involves hand layup, resin infusion, bonding, custom tooling, vacuum bagging, oven curing, precision assembly, surface preparation, adhesive bonding, finishing, traceability, and manufacturability improvements. Candidates should have at least three years of hands-on composite fabrication experience, proficiency with composite manufacturing techniques, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and CAD models.
