Description
Saildrone is hiring a Composites Technician for its Production team to manufacture high-performance composite structures for autonomous unmanned surface vehicles. The role involves interpreting engineering drawings, fabricating parts through prepreg, infusion, and wet/vacuum bag lamination, handling epoxy and industrial coatings, supporting moldmaking and tooling, inspecting and reworking composite components, and managing heavy material moves. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of composites manufacturing or related experience, hands-on fabrication skills, and the ability to work safely in physically demanding production environments.
