Description
Pyka is hiring an entry-level Composite Assembly Technician to complete secondary processing and assemble composite aircraft components using fiberglass, carbon fiber, epoxy resins, molds, and fixtures. The role includes material preparation, wet layup, tooling, finishing, quality inspection, and adherence to safety and manufacturing procedures. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent trade school certificate is required, while prior manufacturing experience is preferred. The position offers hourly pay of $29–$32 for Technician Level I and $35–$39 for Technician Level II, plus equity and employer-sponsored health, dental, and vision insurance.
