Continuous Composites Inc. is hiring a full-time, mid-level Composite Application Engineer to develop, optimize, and implement advanced composite solutions using CF3D® continuous fiber 3D printing technology for aerospace and defense customers. The role combines customer collaboration, toolpath and print-parameter development, tooling design, process monitoring, troubleshooting, project management, training, and technical proposal work. Candidates need at least five years of technical or applications engineering experience, preferably in composites or aerospace, along with CAD proficiency, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and knowledge of composite materials and manufacturing processes.
