Description
Poseidon Aerospace is hiring a Composites Engineer to bridge design and fabrication for advanced aerospace structures. The role develops and documents composite manufacturing processes, tooling, molds, jigs, fixtures, work instructions, and cure-cycle parameters; supports prototype and production builds; troubleshoots shop-floor issues; improves yield and cost; interfaces with suppliers; and trains production technicians. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience, 2–5 years of composite fabrication or manufacturing engineering experience, CAD tooling skills, and knowledge of composite materials, GD&T, and aerospace manufacturing processes.
