Reflect Orbital is seeking a Composites Engineer to lead the engineering, development, and production of ultra-light deployable composite structures. The role involves refining laminate schedules, developing new layup processes, designing tooling and fixtures, running experiments, and driving factory-floor workflows. Responsibilities include improving yield, repeatability, and performance across various composite processes, collaborating with design engineering, testing, and manufacturing teams, and ensuring the performance of composite structures used in spaceflight.
