Roush is hiring a full-time Composites Engineer II to provide engineering and program management support for multiple composite programs across customers. The role covers composite product design, manufacturing processes, tooling, material solutions, production logistics, quality improvement, customer relationships, reporting, and team leadership. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least two years of composite experience, strong Excel skills, CAD ability, and program-management capability; automotive experience, ITAR eligibility, PMP knowledge, CAE/FEA, and mechanical testing knowledge are preferred.
