Description
The Composite Fabricator fabricates, cures, builds up, and assembles plastic, ceramic, composite, and bonded or mechanically fastened products and assemblies. The role uses blueprints, templates, process sheets, tools, molds, and shop aids; performs cutting, trimming, finishing, drilling, fastening, and recordkeeping; and may assist senior and developmental employees. It requires entry-level blueprint and technical-data skills, process-specification knowledge, one year of composite-fabrication experience or an aerospace-fabrication certification, and the ability to work any shift. The schedule is 4x10A production, with four 10-hour days Monday through Thursday and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off. Pay is $23.81 to $38.05, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits listed.
