The role produces automotive parts using pre-preg composite materials, prepares and maintains moulds, follows validated process cycles, maintains quality standards, supports the team leader and other operatives, and contributes to process improvement. Candidates need prior composites manufacturing and laminating experience, including vacuum bagging, consolidation checks, demoulding, and mould preparation, along with knowledge of composite materials, quality issues, engineering drawings, and materials.
