Description
Composites One is hiring a customer-facing Composites Technical Applications Manager to support technical sales and market development for composite materials and closed-mold manufacturing. The role partners with customers to evaluate manufacturing environments, recommend materials and processes, develop customized solutions and bids, conduct market research, and deliver product training. It is primarily remote for candidates located in or near the Pacific Northwest, with domestic and international travel of up to 75%. The position requires at least two years of advanced composites manufacturing and closed-mold manufacturing experience, a bachelor’s degree in composites engineering or a related field, strong technical sales and customer engagement skills, and a valid driver’s license. The annual base salary is $115,000–$140,000, with possible bonuses and benefits.
