Description
The Composites Technician – Aerospace fabricates, assembles, and finishes high-quality composite components for aerospace products using carbon fiber, metal, plastics, and adhesives. The role follows engineering drawings and work instructions, uses hand tools and precision measuring equipment, records production and inventory data, maintains quality and safety standards, and supports production schedules. A high school diploma or GED is required, while at least one year of manufacturing experience is preferred; the position is contract-to-hire and requires a 55-hour workweek.
