Description
The employer is hiring a Compounder / Mixer to prepare rubber compounds, follow mixing recipes, measure and dose raw materials, operate and monitor mixing equipment, perform quality checks, and maintain a clean production area. The role requires a hands-on, accurate, quality-focused approach, technical problem-solving, physical work, transportation, fluent Dutch, and basic English. It is a permanent afternoon shift of 39 hours per week, with a morning shift during training, and includes a shift premium, meal vouchers, six annual days off, and hospitalization insurance after permanent employment.
