Description
Americhem is hiring a Compounder Operator to set up and compound formulations using approved raw materials, operate compounding equipment such as blenders and scales, weigh and measure materials accurately, manage inventory and barcodes, troubleshoot errors, record formulation and labor data, and maintain equipment. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of relevant laboratory or manufacturing/production experience, mechanical aptitude, and physical lifting. Two shifts are available: Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Monday through Friday from 4:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with first- and third-shift options.
